| Welcome to WIDA Finally, a place to turn for support! Many in the dental field feel as though they’ve been cast into a stressful environment and left on their own to sink or swim, with nowhere to turn. Let’s face it, no matter whether you’re a dentist, hygienist, assistant, or administrator, we can all use some guidance and support. The Women in Dentistry Association (WIDA) is the place to turn to for just that – mentoring, answers to your questions, continuing education, networking and just plain venting. It’s an organization that brings industry leaders together to explore all areas related to dental office management. WIDA was started by Nancy DePaola, a practice management consultant with vast experience in getting offices to take themselves to the next level and who has heard it all when it comes to daily operations of a dental office! Nancy, along with other WIDA members, will help you to solve the problems that arise and will be your consistent support as you navigate this challenging dental field. |
